Case study · Bespoke Apps
Brollagio
A short-term property management company running 50+ rooms out of spreadsheets. We built them a mobile-first app that automated the work — and gave the owners their time back.

The challenge
Brollagio is a short-term property management company — a small team managing multiple homes and over 50 rooms. What started as a passive investment had quietly become a second job.
Every process was manual. Leases tracked in spreadsheets. Invoices built and sent by hand. No reminders, no automations, no visibility into how the business was actually performing. QuickBooks, DocuSign, and Google were all running independently — nothing talked to anything else. The team was spending hours every week on work that should have taken minutes, and there was no system in place to catch things when they slipped through.
They didn't need a bigger team. They needed the operation to run itself.
Our approach
We built a mobile-first bespoke app on Next.js with a Supabase backend — designed around how the Brollagio team actually works, not how a generic property management platform thinks they should.
The app was wired into the tools they were already using: QuickBooks for financials, DocuSign for lease execution, their existing website to capture leads, and Zapier to handle the automation logic connecting everything together. Nothing was ripped out and replaced — we connected what they had and built the layer on top that made it all work as one system.
The outcome
The manual work is gone. When a lead comes in through their website, the system captures it, moves it through the pipeline, and — once DocuSign confirms a signed lease — automatically converts them to a tenant and triggers invoicing in QuickBooks. No one has to touch it.
The team now has a drag-and-drop calendar view across all properties, automated email reminders to tenants, a maintenance task manager, and a live KPI dashboard showing exactly how the business is performing. Everything runs on their phones.
What used to be a constant source of administrative overhead now runs in the background — and the owners are back to treating it like the passive investment it was supposed to be.
“Add a sentence or two in the client's own words — what changed for them and what it was like to work with you. A specific, human quote beats any tagline.”
